Cook over med-high heat until thickened. *Depending on what part of the country you are in, seasoned flour is usually sold in any grocery store. If not, you can make your own by adding a tsp.salt, a tsp. pepper, and any other of your favorite spices to a cup of flour. You can also purchase the flour from Big Springs Mill in Elliston, Va.
